Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data VPNKe handles while providing cross-border network access and subscription services, why it is handled, and how users can manage it.

Scope and Processing Principles

This policy applies to the VPNKe website, user panel, subscription services, and related support features. Data is processed only as needed to provide services, maintain account status, complete orders, keep systems running, and meet necessary obligations. Different features require different data; information unrelated to an unused feature does not automatically become required under this policy.

VPNKe accounts can be created without an email address by setting a username and password. The service therefore does not require an email for registration or actively collect one when an account is created. The username identifies the account, while the password is used for authentication. Users should protect their login credentials and avoid letting others operate their accounts.

Data Collected and Its Uses

Account data includes the username, account status, subscription status, and necessary security verification details. It is used for login verification, showing available services, and handling account actions. Order data includes the selected item, payment status, order identifier, and creation and processing records. It is used to confirm entitlements, reconcile transactions, handle refund requests, and resolve order disputes.

The website may process basic access analytics, such as visited pages, referring pages, browser type, device category, language settings, error details, and network identifiers after necessary processing. This data helps verify that pages work properly, identify compatibility issues, understand content usage, and prevent abnormal requests. Access analytics is not used to build a profile of the international websites a user visits.

When a user submits a support ticket, the service processes the ticket text, attachments, and information relevant to troubleshooting. Please do not include sensitive information unrelated to the issue. This material is used only to respond, review the handling process, and improve support quality.

No-Logs Approach and Connection Data

VPNKe follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, queries, transferred content, or historical lists that could reconstruct personal network activity. The service does not build user profiles from specific access content or use network activity content for ad targeting.

When a connection is established, the system may temporarily process technical state needed to maintain the session, such as authentication results, route selection, and connection success. This state is used to complete that connection, allocate service resources, and handle immediate faults; after the connection ends, it is not retained as a long-term personal browsing history. Diagnostic information voluntarily provided for troubleshooting is managed with the related ticket; once the issue is resolved, users may request its removal through the deletion process.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface choices, and necessary session information. These mechanisms keep account sessions active, reduce repeated setup, and allow the user panel to function properly. They are not used to store records of the websites a user visits.

Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status, language preferences, or some interface settings may need to be confirmed again. If the browser completely blocks necessary storage, login, order viewing, download access, or other account features may not work properly.

Payment Processing and Data Retention

VPNKe supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment channel or network. The service typically receives the order identifier, payment result, amount status, and information needed to deliver the purchased entitlement. It does not directly control data collected by third parties in their systems. Third-party handling of payment information is also governed by their own privacy rules.

Account details are retained while the account remains active. Order records are retained for as long as needed for transaction reconciliation, refund processing, dispute resolution, and applicable obligations. Access analytics and technical error records are kept only as long as needed for operational analysis, security maintenance, or troubleshooting, then deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Data in backups is gradually removed through the established backup update process.

Data Management, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can sign in to the user panel to view account and order information. To correct editable data, delete an account, or remove support materials, users can submit a ticket through the user panel and specify the account and scope of the request. To prevent unauthorized deletion, the service may first verify control of the account. Records related to unfinished orders, refunds, disputes, or necessary retention obligations are handled under the applicable rules after those matters end.

After an account is deleted, account data directly related to ongoing subscription services is no longer used and enters the cleanup process. Aggregated statistics that cannot reasonably be linked to a specific account may continue to support overall operational analysis. If a deletion request affects unfinished service processing, the ticket response will explain what can be done and the next steps.

This policy may be updated when features, data handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. If a change significantly affects how users control their data, VPNKe will provide appropriate notice through the website or user panel. Users should review the policy in effect before continuing to use the services.
